Rangitahi West Village offers a diverse collection of sustainable, cost effective, community orientated homes, prioritising sun, view and shared communal spaces.

The surrounding bush and waterways feature a stunning tertiary colour palette of brown hues through to variations of green. This became a critical part of deciding the colours to be used both inside and outside to ensure the design married contextually with its surroundings.

Inspired by the surrounding native bush West Village will mirror the natural palette of its environment. This in turn will drive a connection into the home with the natural materials.

Careful consideration was taken in ensuring the dwellings nestled into the site and its palette was considerate to the immediate environment to ensure its visual impact was minimal.
